Well, it's not money, strictly speaking. It's a credit that you can use to buy further stuff, so it's the equivalent of a gift card. But it's still a decent deal, if you need to go back to school in September anyway.
Here's the deal: Amazon, in their effort to get a greater percentage of the market share of everything, will give you $20 in shiny store credit if you buy $100 of eligible school supplies. Eligible stuff includes pens and paper, staples, scissors, expanding files, glue, and various other things -- and you don't need to pretend that you're going to school to claim this deal, so if you need $100 worth of scissors for your new art installation, then go to town, man.
