Every so often, you come across something on the web that looks like a throwback to the early days -- say, 1995 or so -- a site that's quick, crude, direct, and tossed off randomly. That's a breath of fresh air on the overly designed and ultra-marketed "social web" of today, and it's even better if that site is somewhat useful.
So I'm happy I just discovered http://www.whatthefuckshouldimakefordinner.com/ today. It's very crude, and I have no idea how extensive its link database is, or how good the randomization is. But it exists, and it was made -- probably in a lazy weekend -- by two dudes. And I greatly appreciate that.
