I just got an e-mail with the subject line of "Yeni Açılacak Eğitimlerimiz." [1] I don't think I should be offended, but it does mean the Turkish spammers are back.
On the other hand, I kinda wish I knew how to pronounce it, since it looks like a really impressive curse, with the diacritical marks and all of those harsh consonants.
[1] Google thinks it means "Our study opens new."

Knowing only slightly more than nothing about Turkish phonology, I'd suggest that it's probably pronounced exactly as written. The current written form of Turkish was created in the twentieth century, so you would expect it to follow "standard European" pronunciation
I speak a bit of Turkish and that's a strange phrase. I suspect it means something like "Planned Training" or "The Courses We Will Soon Offer".
