Today, over at the ComicMix, I have a review of two recent books from DC about this season's hot dead superhero, Batman -- Neil Gaiman's Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? and Grant Morrison's Batman: R.I.P..

That crazy-prepared thing Batman has going for him? The designers of Mutants and Masterminds included it as one of the powers a character can buy. Basically, once per adventure, the character can announce that he had a !PLAN! that covers the current situation and for the next little while every dice roll on his side is enhanced by virtue of being contained within the !PLAN! Which of course won't have been mentioned until just then.
